All orders may only be placed on the Site by clients purchasing Products for personal use only. Any commercial resale of Annà Museo Products purchased on the Site is strictly prohibited. Due to the individually curated process, all orders take two weeks to create. All curated Products are final sale and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

Annà Museo strictly limits orders to three items of any single Product. All Products available for order on the Site are for personal use only. You may not directly or indirectly sell or resell any of the Products you purchase from Annà Museo.

Within the limit of availability, Annà Museo will accept and deliver orders. Annà Museo assumes no responsibility for lost shipments. In confirming your order, you are accepting all of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

While every effort is taken to ensure that the color, design, and appearance of the Products in the photographs displayed on the Site represent the original Products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer or mobile device. Annà Museo reserves the right to reject or to cancel your order in its sole discretion for any reason without liability if, among other things, the Products are not available, are incorrectly priced, or are otherwise incorrectly described. 06.1 Pre-Orders

Pre-orders (hereinafter "pre-orders") allow clients to reserve certain Products on the Site before their release date.

06.2 Product

Products offered for sale and displayed on the Site are subject to availability. Annà Museo reserves the right to change the Products offered for sale on the Site at any time and without notice. Annà Museo shall not be liable in the event that Products are temporarily or permanently unavailable. Annà Museo reserves the right to limit the number of Products that a client can purchase.

Details about the availability of Products are provided on the Product pages. The availability date of pre-order Products is explicitly indicated on Product pages (where applicable). If the availability date changes, a notification will be sent to you by email. In the event a Product is not available after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. You will be invited to choose another available Product on the Site as a substitution for the unavailable Product or cancel your order. If you cancel your order, you will be refunded if your credit card or debit card has been charged.

All curated Products are final sale and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

After you submit your order on the Site, your order will be confirmed and submitted for processing. Once submitted, you may not make any changes to or cancel the order, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions of Sale or applicable law. The confirmation of your order means you accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You will receive an order summary by email once your order is confirmed.

Annà Museo reserves the right not to accept or cancel your order if the Products are not available, incorrectly priced, or otherwise incorrectly described.

All prices of Annà Museo Products are indicated in USD (United States dollars) and are quoted, including taxes and shipping costs see (“Shipping 一 Delivery”). Orders are payable in USD only.

Annà Museo reserves the right to modify the prices of Products offered on the Site at any time and without prior notice. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Site at the time your order is confirmed, provided the Product ordered is available. Annà Museo reserves the right to reject or cancel any order based on incorrect pricing information or if the Products are not available or otherwise incorrectly described.

Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of your order. You will not be charged for unavailable Products in your order.

Your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment for your security. Online payment uses the SSL protocol, the industry一standard in transferring information to process your orders, which offers maximum protection. The transmitted data is coded, neither seen nor stored nor shared with anyone.

All orders are payable in US dollars. We accept the following charge cards and credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, Diners Club®, Elo®, Shop Pay®, Apple Pay®, and Google Pay®. Your order will only be shipped once we have verified your payment method and received authorization to process your payment.

All orders are shipped complimentary to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) via USPS or UPS®. Annà Museo will not process or ship any order to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering process, provided such address is located within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

For delivery outside of the United States, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided. Annà Museo reserves the right to apply additional shipping and handling charges to any international orders.

Unfortunately, Annà Museo assumes no responsibility for lost shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity and cannot be used to cancel the order. We will do all we can within reason to assist you with any delays in shipping.

The transfer of property occurs when the client is charged, and at the time, the property leaves the possession of Annà Museo. The third-party shipping provider is responsible for the client-owned property while the property is in transit until delivery confirmation is provided. At this point, the transfer of property is complete, and the buyer assumes responsibility for the property.

Annà Museo sales are final. Due to the individually hand一curated process of the Products created to your specifications, Annà Museo does not accept returns or exchanges. However, Annà Museo will be happy to reformulate and replace any Products that do not meet your expectations at no cost to you.

Products remain the property of Annà Museo until payment in full is made to Annà Museo.
