shipping and returns

shipping

all orders within the united states, including alaska, hawaii, and puerto rico, are shipped free of charge via usps or ups®. please note that we do not process or ship orders to po boxes or apo/fpo addresses. your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during the ordering process as long as it is within the united states.

international shipping

for international delivery, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the provided delivery address. please note that additional shipping and handling charges may apply to international orders.

shipping delays

while we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for lost shipments and cannot be held liable for any delivery delays. please understand that delayed delivery does not entitle you to any penalties or indemnities, nor does it permit order cancellation. we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with any shipping delays.

Returns

all sales are final. due to the personalized nature of our hand—tailored objects created to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. however, if your objects do not meet your expectations, we will gladly reformulate and replace them at no additional cost.
