our story

I was born with Hermansky–Pudlak Syndrome Type 1, an incurable rare genetic condition that also affects my skin. Growing up on my abuela's farm in Puerto Rico, sun sensitivity and excessive bruising limited my adventurous spirit. Despite enduring silent stares and intrusive questions that weakened my self—esteem, my abuela's love strengthened me. She healed my bruises using ancestral knowledge and natural remedies while teaching me the importance of holistic self-care.

Annà Museo was created to honor my abuela and preserve and share her sacred knowledge while integrating it with multicultural practices to deepen our connection with the natural world.
